Jamie Schroder, Director, Global Training Delivery, ServiceNow
Jamie Schroder is Director of Global Training Delivery at ServiceNow, where she leads Expert Programs and the Technical Delivery Team. Her focus has always been on what makes people more effective, not just more trained, and on designing experiences that actually transform how people work rather than simply adding to what they know.
She was introduced to that work in the Air Force as a Basic Training Instructor, where transformation wasn't a learning objective, it was the entire point. That foundation carried through more than two decades of learning and development work across industries and into her current role at ServiceNow, where she develops the capabilities technical professionals need to stay relevant and articulate value in a rapidly shifting landscape.
Jamie serves on the University of San Francisco Strategic AI Program Advisory Board and is completing a Masters in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership at Penn State University.
