Erica is known amongst HDI as a community whisperer. Erica is known for her unmatched ability to bring people together while celebrating the best in those around her and is a seasoned moderator who knows how to ask engaging questions and bring real meaningful value to audiences. Starting her career as a PR and Social Media Coordinator, Erica has worn many hats over the years. From Community Strategist, Content Marketing Specialist, Copywriter and now returning to her roots serving the HDI and ICMI communities. As the Senior Manager for Content and Community at HDI, Erica creates content and experiences that empower IT support professionals to deliver better service. She brings over 15 years of content and community management experience to HDI and a passion for storytelling.
