Tom Wilk, Datacenter Operations Manager, Giant Eagle, Inc.
Tom is more than simply your average major supermarket chain Datacenter Operations Manager. Tom is a consultant and HDI Thought Leader who knows what it looks like navigate a career full of adversity and unforeseen change. Tom's service management experience includes leading the Computer Operations for U.S. Department of Energy, serving as the ITS Field Director for a community college, various roles leading as IT Management across Help Desk, PC Engineering, and Desktop support for the world famous Carnegie Mellon University. With three decades of hands-on experience in service and support, Tom Wilk is a seasoned practitioner and consultant who specializes in job performance improvement, career path development, and emerging leader evolution. Tom is a member of HDI, AFCOM, and the XLA Institute and has achieved a bachelor's in computer science from Robert Morris University and a Master's in Leadership from Carnegie Mellon University.
