Zach Swartz is Vice President and Director of Technology Services at D.A. Davidson & Co., based in Montana. He leads the firm’s technology service and support organization, where his focus is on streamlining operations, advancing service excellence, and shaping service and support strategy across the IT department to deliver meaningful business value.

He is a strong advocate for professional development and continuous improvement and recently earned his HDI Support Center Director certification facilitated by Randy Celeya. He's especially proud that two of his direct reports have also achieved their HDI Support Center Manager certifications provided by Doug Tedder, reflecting his commitment to building capable, high‑performing teams.

Outside of his professional role, Zach is actively engaged in his community through Rotary and local non‑profit volunteer efforts. On the first Sunday of each month, he can be found giving back in a hands‑on way—flipping pancakes and French toast at his community senior center.
