Ben Smaby is the IT Service Center Supervisor at Kwik Trip Inc., where he's been a key part of the organization for over eight years. With nearly two decades of experience in IT, Ben leads the Corporate Service Center, overseeing the Helpdesk, Desktop, Training, and Knowledge teams. His team provides critical support to Kwik Trip's corporate offices, distribution centers, and production facilities, ensuring smooth operations across the company's infrastructure. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time in his garden or relaxing with his wife and two kids. Whether he's leading teams or tending to his plants, Ben brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to everything he does.
