Linda Lenox, Wichita, Ingleby Lenox, LLC
Linda Lenox is a Senior IT Operations and Support leader with a track record of building award-winning teams from the ground up and delivering business value through people, process, and technology. She currently serves as the Director of Program Delivery at Hall's Culligan Water, overseeing strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business transformation. In addition, she continues to focus on Service Desk and ITSM consulting through Ingleby Lenox LLC. With over 25 years of IT leadership experience, Linda has held key roles at CURO Financial Technologies, Cox Communications, Smithfield Foods, and The New York Times Company. She has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including two Best Practice Awards from Technology Manager's Forum/eWeek and recognition as one of Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders. Most recently, she was a finalist in the International Association of Women Inspirational Influencer awards in the Leadership category and the Wichita Business Journal's Women Who Lead awards. Linda holds an MS in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland University College and a BS in Business Management from LeTourneau University, TX. She also maintains several industry certifications, including ITIL 4 Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Practitioner, and multiple HDI certifications, including Certified Support Center Director, Knowledge-Centered Service, and Certified Trainer. She has spoken at industry conferences such as Pink, SITS, and Service Management World, is a featured contributor for HDI, participates as a guest speaker in various panels and podcasts, and is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and volunteering in the classroom for Junior Achievement USA.
