Linda Lenox is a senior IT operations and service/support leader with more than 25 years of leadership experience building high-performing, award-winning teams from the ground up. She is known for delivering measurable business value through the strategic alignment of people, process, and technology.

Through Ingleby Lenox LLC, Linda focuses on interim IT leadership, Service Desk transformation, ITSM consulting, and project governance. She has held key leadership roles at Hall’s Culligan Water, CURO Financial Technologies, Cox Communications, Smithfield Foods, and The New York Times Company.

Linda’s leadership has earned national recognition, including two Best Practice Awards from Technology Manager’s Forum/eWeek and distinction as one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders. Most recently, she was awarded an International Association of Women Inspirational Influencer Award in the Resilient Leadership category and was named as one of HDI’s Top 25 Thought Leaders for 2026.

She holds an MS in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland University College and a BS in Business Management from LeTourneau University, Texas. Her professional credentials include ITIL 4 Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Practitioner, and multiple HDI certifications, including Certified Support Center Director, Knowledge-Centered Service, and Certified Trainer.
