Angela Fawver, Assistant Vice President, Technology Support Services, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina
Angela Fawver is a seasoned business and IT leader with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for advancing customer support through operational excellence, service reliability, and trusted delivery. She began her career in progressive roles at Automatic Data Processing and Fleet Mortgage Group, where she developed a deep commitment to customer-focused service and scalable support operations. For more than two decades, Angela has continued that work at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, driving service excellence initiatives within a large, highly regulated environment. Currently, Angela serves as Assistant Vice President of Technology Support Services. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of Technology Support Center service desks, Identity and Access Management, Service Management, and Workstation Support Services. Angela earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds HDI certifications in Knowledge-Centered Support Foundation and Support Center Management.
