Sadie DePeter, Help Desk Specialist, University of Florida
Sadie is the the head of the training program at the University of Florida IT help desk. Holding a masters degree in Chemistry, Sadie's background in academia gives her a unique perspective when it comes to teaching and training. Sadie has created an education based training curriculum for the UFIT help desk leading to higher retention of part-time and full-time staff.
