Sadie DePeter, Help Desk Assistant Manager, University of Florida
Sadie is the assistant manager at the University of Florida IT Help Desk and, prior to that, was the head of the training program. Holding a Master of Science in Chemistry, Sadie's background in academia gives her a unique perspective when it comes to teaching and training. Sadie has created an education based training curriculum for the UFIT Help Desk leading to higher retention of part-time and full-time staff.
