Jeri Cinnamon, Quality & Training Manger, Customer Support, Vertex Inc.
Jeri Cinnamon is a Quality and Performance Management leader with experience across FinTech, InsurTech, and eCommerce, spanning both scrappy, high-growth startup environments and established organizations such as Grubhub and Vertex Inc. She has built and scaled support programs across operations, training, quality assurance, SOP development, and process improvement. At Vertex Inc., she led a redesign of the quality program that increased evaluation production by 170% while improving coaching effectiveness and calibration consistency. Rooted in customer empathy and human-centered design, Jeri focuses on reducing friction in support interactions and making customer and technical support more human, empathetic, and effective for both customers and the teams who support them. Outside of work, Jeri enjoys motorcycling, volunteering with her local animal rescue, and lifelong learning—including a fondness for the occasional community college class. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Lowell) and is currently earning her MBA at Elon University.
