Liz Bunger, Knowledge Manager, Customer Support, Vertex, Inc
Liz Bunger is the Knowledge Manager of Customer Support at Vertex, Inc., where she partners with support leaders and analysts to embed Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS)® into daily workflows, improve article quality, and ensure knowledge is treated as a strategic asset. In addition to her role at Vertex, Liz serves as Chair of the HDI Local Chapters, where she leads and supports a network of volunteers dedicated to advancing the service and support profession. Through this role, she helps foster community, professional development, and peer-driven learning across local HDI chapters. Vertex, Inc Support has been HDI Support Center certified since 2020, using the certification journey as a framework to evolve processes, strengthen people practices, and deliver consistently high-quality customer experiences.
