Rae Ann Bruno is a seasoned IT consultant, trainer, and recognized authority in experience management, dedicated to elevating the employee experience within IT and support organizations. As an HDI Business Associate, she delivers certification courses and provides consulting that helps teams transform processes, increase efficiency, and drive both customer and employee satisfaction through experience-focused strategies. Rae Ann has been named multiple times to HDI's Top 25 Thought Leaders, inducted into the HDI Hall of Fame (2017), honored as one of Cherwell's IT Legends, and awarded the HDI Lifetime Achievement Award (2024). She also serves on the HDI Conference Advisory Board and is an APMG-certified Experience Trainer.
