Tom Bachant is the Cofounder and CEO at Unthread, the self-learning IT helpdesk. Tom is a serial entrepreneur whose last company was acquired by Cruise, where he built self-driving cars. He is a YC alum and a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient.
