Patrick White is the manager of the IT Help Desk at the University of Florida, where he has lead a 60+ person team serving the entire University Community for over five years. With 20+ years in the IT support field, Patrick focuses on customer service in IT, ensuring clients feel that IT at the University is there to help them succeed.
